When all the trees have been cut down,
when all the animals have been hunted,
when all the waters are polluted,
when all the air is unsafe to breathe,
only then will you discover
you cannot eat money.

A legacy?

I will be taking an indefinite leave from this blog to put my efforts to use where they will be more productive.  This blog, and the many links I've researched and included, will stay here for anyone who will take the time to care and look.

It will be a legacy of sorts. My own little personal legacy to whoever takes the time to linger here.

I'll just leave you with two things before I go.  First, some images of who we are all leaving a legacy to.  That legacy is the planet we all live on.

Whether you believe our planet is struggling under our selfish demands, whether you believe our difficulties are cause by sunspots or normal planetary climate fluctuations, or whether you believe that everything is a result of some ancient prophecy of the "end times", if you have a heart, you will be moved.  Perhaps you will be moved enough to act.  I know I have been.

And finally, you might be interested to know that on September 14 and 15, there will be a global event sponsored by the Climate Reality Project.  For 24 hours video will be streamed live from around the globe, showing how the changing climate is affecting every one of us.

Here a very brief video describing the event.

Go now.  BE the change you want to see!
